Shipping

Since each piece is handmade to order, the estimated delivery time includes production and shipping.

  • We currently ship only within Denmark.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination. Eterno is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or carrier disruptions.

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • In-office pickup: You may choose to pick up your order directly from our office. Details will be provided at checkout. Orders must be collected within 14 days of notification.

Returns

Because our garments are made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.

Exchanges may be offered only in cases of:

  • Wrong item received

  • Manufacturing defect
