Welcome to Eterno. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Handmade & Made-to-Order

All Eterno pieces are made slowly, by hand, and individually to order.
Production time begins once your order is confirmed. Because each garment is crafted specifically for you, slight variations in stitching, color, or texture are natural and part of the handmade process.

2. Ordering & Availability

When placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You are authorized to use the payment method

  • Production time may vary depending on workload or material availability

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, in the case of suspected fraud or material shortages). Any payment for canceled orders will be fully refunded.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are listed in danish kroner and may change without notice.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (where applicable) will be added at checkout.

4. Shipping

Since each piece is made to order, the estimated delivery time includes production and shipping.

We currently ship only within Denmark. Orders are delivered via trusted carriers, and delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination. Eterno is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or carrier disruptions.

Any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

In-office pickup: If you prefer, you may choose to pick up your order directly from our office. Details will be provided at checkout, and orders must be collected within 14 days of notification.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because our garments are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.

Exchanges may be offered only in cases of:

  • Wrong item received

  • Manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos so we can support you promptly.

6. Product Care

To ensure longevity, we recommend following the care instructions provided with each garment. Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including photography, product descriptions, branding, and design—is the property of Eterno and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website or engage in activities that could harm the website, brand, or customers. We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Liability

Eterno is not responsible for:

  • Misuse of our products

  • Delays beyond our control

  • Loss or damage once the package is in the hands of the carrier

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
